With around 1400 employees working in its offices and industrial plants in Cubatão (SP) and Santo André (SP), in Brazil, and Bahía Blanca, in Argentina, Unipar focuses on quality, safety, respect for the environment, integration community and valorization of its collaborators.
Throughout its 50 years of history, Unipar connects and integrates itself with the community through its Community Consultative Council (CCC), which brings together neighbors, social organizations and company representatives. In addition, it is a pioneer in the implementation of the Fábrica Aberta Program, which keeps its plants open to visitors every day of the year, 24 hours a day.
