Tecniplas was established in 1976 with the purpose of supplying equipment, tanks and pipes in composite materials in PRFV (Reinforced Plastic with Glass Fiber).

Through its bold management and focused on its continuous growth, in 2012 its production unit was located in Cabreúva – SP expanded and reformulated, with a complete and updated structure for the transformation of composites.

With a production capacity of 1,200 tons per year, Tecniplas has its production focused on sectors with high operational requirements, such as chemical and petrochemical plants, pulp and paper, sugar and alcohol, basic sanitation, and can supply all of Brazil and Latin America.

In addition to ensuring high quality and performance of its products, Tecniplas also provides design, transportation logistics, assembly and start-up services.

Tecniplas has as its objective the continuous search for innovation and technology in all its processes and was through extensive experience not only in manufacturing but also in the provision of transportation logistics services, which developed in Brazil the revolutionary technology of “oblation “Through which large capacity tanks can be transported in conventional trucks.

With a production focused on the sectors with high operational requirements such as chemical and petrochemical plants, pulp and paper, sugar and alcohol and basic sanitation, Tecniplas stands out for the quality, durability and resistance of its equipment, systems and piping.

• Wash Columns and Processes: Combine the chemical and mechanical resistance of the PRFV to your projects.

• Laminated Duo Equipment (Thermoplastic + PRFV): constructive method for tanks and equipment used as a thermoplastic liner (internal layer), such as: pvc, cpvc, pvdf, ectfe, among others and the equipment structure is mechanically reinforced with PRFV .

• Special Equipment: equipment with different designs and configurations and in measures with total control over the different types of resistances and capacities required.

• Mega tanks: tanks made with diameters between 5 and 7 meters, built and transported in fixed sections (bottom and top already built), with capacities between 400m³ and 1,000m³.

• Mega Obligated Tanks: allows to manufacture and transport by tanks 8, 10, 12 and 15 meters in diameter, for capacity up to 4,500 m³.

• Tanks: a wide variety of cylindrical tanks, various configurations of top and bottom, according to design needs, with a capacity of up to 400 m³ in diameters up to 5 meters.

• Vinhaça Cooling Towers: The best vinasse cooling tower on the market, with more than 500 units supplied, can be used for condensate cooling.
• Pipes and Fittings: Made by Filament Winding or Manual (Hand-Lay-Up) Filaments, in diameters from ½ “to 42”, for aerial and / or buried installations.
